Verification Engineer

Location: Albstadt or Isny, Baden-Württemberg (hybrid)

Tasks:

You’ll play a hands-on role in making sure each product is safe, reliable, and ready for the real world. Your responsibilities will include:

Translating user and design requirements into practical verification plans

Coordinating both in-house and external testing efforts

Reviewing results, identifying gaps, and creating clear verification reports

Supporting FMEA and risk management work with structured input

Preparing documentation that’s detailed, accurate, and audit-ready

Monitoring industry standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDR) and adapting processes as needed

Your Profile:

A degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, medical technology or similar

2+ years of experience in design or verification engineering (ideally in MedTech)

Familiarity with relevant standards and verification methods

Confidence in communicating technical concepts

Fluency in German & English

A practical mindset, attention to detail, and a drive to make things better

Bonus if you also have:

Experience with CAD (especially SolidWorks)

Background in injection-molded plastic components

Awareness of hygiene standards (ISO 11137 / 14159)
