We’re partnering with a mission-driven software company in the micromobility space, based in Berlin with a distributed global team. Their platform powers fleet operations and user apps for mobility operators — helping make transit more accessible and cities more livable.
They’re now hiring a Technical Customer Support Engineer to help bridge the gap between engineering and end users. This is a great opportunity for a Customer Success professional who’s passionate about understanding and solving real user problems.
What you’ll do
Triage and resolve technical support requests from customers using the company’s platform
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams
Translate customer pain points into clear, actionable feedback and improvements
Advocate for accessibility, responsiveness, and usability in everything you ship
Contribute to documentation, internal tools, and long-term support workflows
What you bring
Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, PMs, support)
A user-first mindset and the ability to break down complex issues
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
Background working with customer-facing teams, support tools, or ticketing systems
Interest in UX research, usability testing, or support analytics
