Sales Account Manager - Southwest Houston
Seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to build and nurture strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This junior-level role is ideal for someone eager to develop a career in sales and account management while learning from senior team members. This role will entail 60% in office work, with 40% travel to conferences, trade shows, client meetings. All expenses paid for.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and prospect new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
Track sales metrics and client feedback to improve performance
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
Use CRM tools to manage client data and interactions
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales, with experience managing client accounts and achieving targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
A customer-first mindset with a knack for problem-solving
Self-motivated, with a drive for achieving results in a team-oriented environment.
