We are working with our client as they search for a hands-on Site Supervisor to join their team. This role will serve as a vital link between project management and the boots-on-the-ground execution. Compensation & Hours:

The rate of pay will be $85-$100K/year

Position Summary:

Oversee daily construction site operations

Ensure timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations are met

Monitor material needs and coordinate deliveries

Communicate between contractors, vendors, and stakeholders

Troubleshoot issues and keep the project moving smoothly

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience managing crews within commercial construction sites

Strong knowledge of safety standards and a focus on upholding company protocols

Ability to coordinate across trades and maintain a project flow among contractors

Strong problem-solving skills, including an ability to critically evaluate situations

Experience leading multi-faceted crews
