A yearly salary of £27510.85
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
5 days over 7 including some weekend work, 7.5 hours per day

What you'll be doing
In addition to the above, Chefs may occasionally be required to undertake ad hoc back of house and front of house duties in line with business requirements.
Work with the Front of Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe cards.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner preparation
Clearing down sections after service
Work in line with company allergen policy
Full knowledge of all menu items served.
Management of production to ensure minimal wastage.
Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents.
Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists
Experience
Previous experience in a food production role within catering or retail
Previous cooking/chef experience
Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha’s Law), full training will be given
Excellent team player and communicator
DBS required
