About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Administrator to support the daily operations of a fast-paced executive and their home office. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties—you will become a trusted right hand, helping manage everything from business logistics and scheduling to vendor coordination and household operations. You’ll be at the intersection of entrepreneurial energy and national security innovation, supporting a leader who operates across multiple high-impact ventures. Executive Support:
Manage complex scheduling, prioritize competing commitments, handle calendar changes proactively, and ensure the executive is fully briefed and prepped for meetings. Communications & Coordination:
Draft and manage correspondence, screen emails and calls, coordinate with internal teams, investors, government partners, and external stakeholders. Home Office Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the home office environment, including supplies, equipment, office organization, and interfacing with service vendors. Project Assistance:
Support research, logistics, travel arrangements, and documentation for special projects—both personal and business-related. Confidentiality & Discretion:
Handle sensitive materials and information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications
0–8 years of experience in an executive assistant, chief-of-staff, or high-level administrative role, preferably supporting a founder, C-suite executive, or high-performing individual. Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and follow-through. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—professional, tactful, and efficient. Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, calendaring apps, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana). Self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment. Ability to maintain boundaries and discretion when managing both personal and professional responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Nice to Have
Familiarity with DoD, national security, or high-tech startup environments. Experience managing remote work tools, document security practices, or light IT troubleshooting. Event planning or vendor negotiation experience. Why Join
