They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing innovative digital products to life from concept through launch by blending hands-on technical development with a strong design sensibility, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements / Who we are looking for:

3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer or product developer

Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or similar)

Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Strong understanding of responsive UI/UX principles and accessibility standards

Passion for clean, maintainable code and collaborative, agile workflows

Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch) and an appreciation for visual polish

Experience with test automation frameworks and performance monitoring tools

Nice to Have

Experience with mobile development (React Native, Swift, or Kotlin)

Background in product analytics, A/B testing, or user research

Prior work in a startup or cross-functional product team environment

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

Engineering

Build and maintain web and mobile applications across the full stack (frontend + backend)

Design and implement scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines (CI/CD, cloud platforms)

Ensure performance, security, and maintainability across systems and services

Design

Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to translate wireframes and user flows into polished, accessible UI/UX

Contribute to visual design and help maintain a consistent brand experience across the product

Influence interaction patterns to improve usability and product adoption

Strategy

Work with Product Managers and Analysts to define features based on real user needs and data

Participate in roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews

Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Testing

Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

Participate in manual QA when needed to ensure real-world quality

Promote test-driven development and continuous deployment best practices
