Tasking includes (but not limited to):

- Welding jobs involving a variety of welding techniques

- Fabrication of various components and subassemblies using different types of welding processes and filler metals

- Ensures welding joint is properly fit

- Filler metal is proper type and condition

- Weld is in proper sequence to meet specifications and manufacturing or engineering requirements

Additionally, will play a critical role in the installation/removal of various combat systems and ancillary components, military standard equipment or commercial equivalent server equipment and hardware, and all types of cables which support lab operations.

Security clearance requirement: This position requires successful candidate to be able to obtain a Secret level clearance. The criteria for obtaining and holding a clearance are driven by US government requirements. You must be a US citizen to obtain a security clearance. Selected candidate will receive a contingent offer and start date will be delayed until an interim Secret clearance is granted.
