Maintain customer records and document interactions in the database.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using computer systems and basic software applications.
