As a Mobile Applications Project Coordinator, you'll support the end-to-end readiness of Skullcandy applications for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and ongoing feature improvements.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll work across Product, Marketing, Creative, Customer Experience, and Digital teams to manage timelines, assets, and feature rollouts across multiple workstreams.
You'll be responsible for maintaining project tracking tools, submitting creative briefs, managing app store updates, and ensuring app-related assets are delivered accurately and on time.
You'll collaborate with design leads to visualize new features and ensure alignment between app experiences, packaging, and marketing content.
You'll help identify gaps and drive consistency across channels.
Reporting to the Mobile Application Development Project Manager, you'll partner closely with internal stakeholders and external developers to deliver high-quality app experiences that reflect the Skullcandy brand and product goals.
Responsibilities Lead coordination of NPI (New Product Introduction) syncs and app team meetings, including agenda planning, meeting notes, and preparatory work to support program needs.
Monitor project progress and team capacity to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery.
Track app development milestones alongside product development timelines, adjusting schedules as needed.
Manage and update project status trackers, issue logs, and risk reports across multiple workstreams.
Communicate risks, blockers, and key outcomes to relevant management channels; escalate as appropriate.
Maintain project visibility by regularly reviewing timelines, marketing boards, and team updates.
Write and manage creative briefs for product-related assets, collaborating with design and product stakeholders for alignment.
Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to implement region-specific app content and promotional experiences.
Ensure app-related assets are accurate across skullcandy.com, packaging, and support articles.
Coordinate the translation and localization process for global app releases, working with partners and internal teams.
Participate in QA testing for mobile and desktop apps; document results and assist with tracking issues and fixes.
Work with the App Test Technician to prioritize bugs and log actionable tickets for the development team.
Maintain design documentation that reflects evolving product features, in collaboration with product, digital and design leads.
Act as a liaison between the App Team and Customer Service to support user-related needs and inquiries.
Monitor app store reviews and user feedback to identify opportunities for product and experience improvements.
Attend cross-functional meetings to stay informed on product changes and ensure app content remains aligned with final deliverables.
Support the App Team with ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day project contributions as an individual contributor.
Experience and Skills 1–2 years of office or project support experience; bachelor's degree preferred Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Confluence) Comfortable working with both creative and technical teams; able to communicate clearly across functions Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external partners Bonus: Experience with design collaboration tools like Figma and an eye for visual detail
