We are seeking a Medicare Sales Agent to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:
Assist Medicare-eligible seniors in making informed healthcare decisions by assessing their needs and recommending suitable insurance plans
Handle inbound and outbound calls generated through various marketing campaigns.
Maintain a minimum of 32 hours of available phone time (Talk + Wait Time) with prospects per week and achieve 30 sales per month and a 10% Closing Percentage.
Learn how to cross-sell other insurance products, including Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, PDP's, and more. Demonstrate technical aptitude in utilizing sales tools and technology.
Conduct on-site education and sales events at local locations determined by the Agency.
Provide exceptional ongoing customer service and support to existing clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to obtain life and health insurance license.
Understanding of sales, and ability to build rapport with customers
Capability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers.
Prior experience multitasking with multiple computer screens simultaneously.
Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations. Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time (Either W2 Hourly or 1099 Options)
Compensation: Base salary (For W2) + commission; annual on target compensation range is $74,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
