Responsibilities

As part of the Internal Sales team, you'll be responsible for:

Direct responsibility and main contact point for managing all aspects of allocated customer accounts

Pricing and contract negotiation on customer portfolio

Stock/forecast/contract management for customers

Customer reporting and KPI management – both internal and external

Item catalogue, artwork and specification responsibility

Maintain and grow current customer base

Develop and maintain positive business relationships with the customer portfolio

Develop projects within the customer relationship to future proof, problem solve or grow

Liaison point between the customer and all other elements of the business; communicate customer needs and manage demands back to the business

Lead/support with in-person/virtual meetings as required

Identify solutions and developments with the customer base

Be proactively responsible for ensuring a high level of consistent customer service to be delivered at all times; including coordinating with all other Amcor team members involved with the customer

Work with sales teams to support/develop new business opportunities; onboarding management

Be the point of contact to resolve any customer concerns of issues which arise

Participate as the sales/customer representative as and when site requires (internal or external)

Monitor the customer budget, explaining costs and managing terms

Ensure customers receive requested products, information and services in a timely fashion

Report on dedicated business area/sector/customer base

Ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied by Amcor

Maintain customer information

Contribute information or ideas to sales strategies; monitor competitors, understand wider market, suggest development plans and manage customer solutions

Qualifications

Significant experience within internal sales

A team player who can work with urgency and motivate the wider team

Flexible and adaptable approach to problem solving

Proactive and solution focused

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working experience of ERP, CRM systems and Power BI would be advantageous

Contract negotiation and project pricing experience

Excel+ skills including pivot table and data cubes would be advantageous

Data and cost analysis experience
