We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant & Document Controller with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Professional in MS Office.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
Key Responsibilities in Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.
Assist in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Document Control: Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents.
Ensure proper version control and confidentiality of sensitive documents.
Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation.
Coordinate with departments for smooth document flow and compliance.
