Quality Engineer

As part of our battery systems development for the automotive sector, we are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure product and process quality throughout the entire development lifecycle, from design to validation and industrialization, in compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and maintain the Project Quality Plan in alignment with customer requirements and internal quality procedures.

Deploy preventive quality tools, including Design FMEA (xFMEA), Process FMEA, and Lessons Learned.

Contribute to quality gate reviews and participate in design reviews, industrial feasibility assessments, and risk analysis.

Lead the definition and implementation of inspection and control plans across the design, prototype, and serial production phases.

Coordinate quality deliverables for key customer milestones (e.g., PPAP, ISIR).

Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and nonconformities, and lead continuous improvement actions.

Key Deliverables :

Project Quality Plan

xFMEA and Risk Assessment Files

Inspection and Control Plans (Incoming, In-Process, and Final Control)

Quality Gate Review Reports

Nonconformity Reports and Corrective Action Plans

Customer Quality Deliverables (e.g., PPAP packages, 8D reports)

YOUR PROFILE:

Engineering degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields

2–5 years of experience in a quality role within the automotive or high-tech manufacturing sectors

Strong knowledge of quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and tools (FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, PPAP, SPC)

Experience with project-based quality management, ideally in new product development environments

Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Good command of English (spoken and written); French or German is a plus
