About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Aurora, 2NK. As a Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure the highest level of patient care and comfort. Minimum Qualifications:

Active Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant certification

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a healthcare setting

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience with electronic medical records

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff

Assist with patient mobility and transfers

Maintain a clean and safe patient environment

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Skills:

As a Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant, you will utilize your active certification and excellent communication skills to provide compassionate care to our patients. You will work closely with our nursing staff to monitor and record patient vital signs, assist with patient mobility and transfers, and maintain a clean and safe patient environment. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members will be essential in ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.
