Nonprofit Pledge Drive Phone Agent Work From Home

U.S. Remote (excluding CA, DE, LA, MA, SD, VT, WA, WV, WY)

Hourly Pay: $12–$15, depending on experience

Position Summary:

As our Pledge Drive Phone Agent, you’ll build relationships with potential donors via inbound phone calls—effectively explaining pledge opportunities and accurately recording contributions.

Main Duties:

Answer incoming donor calls efficiently

Share nonprofit mission and campaign information

Walk donors through the pledge process

Update CRM with pledge data and call notes

Meet performance and accuracy benchmarks

What You Need:

High school diploma or GED

6 months remote or 1 year brick-and-mortar call center experience

Excellent speaking and listening skills

Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry

Familiarity with nonprofit work and fundraising (preferred)

Pass background check (fee: $17.99)
