Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

Shipment Creation in CW1 system 在 CW1 系统中创建装运单

SI /VGM E-manifest doc collection SI/VGM 电子舱单文档收集

submit E-manifest 提交电子舱单

Input SI data into CW,sent SI to carrier/Agent to confirm MB/L

将 SI 数据输入 CW 将 SI 发送给承运人/代理以确认 MB/L

Security filing submission 提交安全备案

HB/L draft verification with supplier till HB/L OK 与供应商验证 HB/L 草稿直至 HB/L确认

Invoice title verification +New org code application 发票标题验证 +新组织代码申请

ATD check and update in CW 在 CW 中检查和更新 ATD

DNO delivery DNO 交付

Upload MBL into eDoc 将 MBL 上传到电子文档
