You will be helping our nonprofit connect with donors over the phone—presenting pledge opportunities, answering questions, and recording their support with care and accuracy.
Responsibilities Include:
Handle inbound pledge and donor calls
Clearly explain campaign information
Aid donors in completing pledges
Document donor responses and pledge info
Collaborate with virtual team to achieve targets
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Virtual call center experience (6 months) or physical (12 months)
Solid communication, active listening, and empathy
Excellent data entry precision
Background check required ($17.99)
Must live in an eligible U.S. state
Tech requirements: Windows 11, USB headset, wired internet
