Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Minimum 5 Years Experience We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established road surfacing and civil engineering construction company.

Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from award through to completion.

Oversee project programming and scheduling.

Prepare, review, and agree valuations and payment applications.

Location: Projects are primarily based across Fermanagh and Omagh (Department for Infrastructure), as well as local authorities in Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, and Cavan.

Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in quantity surveying within civil engineering or road construction.

Strong project management skills.

Proven ability to manage valuations and project programming effectively.
