This role is a key part of that. As our new Sign Administrative Assistant, you'll help keep our projects moving, prevent missed steps, and make sure every sign goes up legally, efficiently, and with pride.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll work alongside our sign project team to:

• Submit and follow up on sign installation permits with cities and counties

• Keep jobs moving by tracking paperwork and updating project info

• Communicate with agencies and customers about timelines and requirements

• Organize digital files so we always know where things stand

• Catch errors before they cause delays or rework

You Don't Need Experience If You Have

• A steady, organized, and reliable work style

• Basic computer comfort (email, Word, Excel, file folders)

• The confidence to ask questions when something doesn't make sense

• A natural ability to spot mistakes and fix them before they become problems

• A desire to help your team win and keep customers happy
