Credit and Collection Officer

Qualifications:

Living within Camanava Area or Quezon City

With Own Motorcycle

Knowledgeable in Driving Car

Background Experience in Heavy equipment and alike is an advantage

With experience in collection

Responsibility:

Strictly monitor and conduct visitation of delinquent customers to the assigned or designated area. of an entity and its ability to generate sufficient cash flows.

· Responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from clients who availed of in-house financing.

· Adhering to financial laws on the regulation of debt collection. Contact and communicate effectively with debtors by phone to negotiate and implement debt recovery plans.

· Actual visitation to non-overdue and overdue clients.

· Identifying delinquent accounts requires external collection efforts.

· Analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of the account/client.

· Document daily, weekly & and monthly collections activity.

· Conduct a credit and background investigation if necessary.

· Conduct field visits and field collections if needed.

· Conduct verification of client and business location and address if needed.

· Negotiate repayment schedules for the problem customers.

Qualification

· Minimum of 1–2-year collection experience - background in Heavy equipment Industry is an advantage

· Experienced in using MS Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint

· Willing to do client visitation and background checking\

· with own vehicle and Valid Driver's License for 4 wheels

· Negotiation and problem-solving skills to work with clients and achieve collections outcomes.
