Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all client needs.

Sales & Business Development:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, from initial contact to successful closure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.

Account Management:Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to any issues.

Project Coordination:Coordinate project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication between teams and clients.

Market Awareness:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Reporting & Analysis:Provide regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and growth initiatives.

Product/Service Knowledge:Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell.

Conflict Resolution:Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to clients.

Key Account Manager (Heavy Equipment)

Similar to a general Account Manager, but with a focus on managing the company's most important and high-value clients.

Responsible for nurturing relationships with key accounts, maximizing sales opportunities within those accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

May be involved in developing and implementing strategic plans for key accounts.
