Role Overview: The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering technical solutions that align with customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of IMI’s product portfolio and the ability to communicate value propositions effectively to clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers
Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
Analyse market trends and provide strategic feedback to management
Negotiate commercial terms and manage contractual risks
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Critical Competencies for Success:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in automation, fluid control, or HVAC sectors
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
Valid Saudi driving license & transferable Saudi Visa
Preferred Skills:
Experience with IMI product lines or similar technologies
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the region
