Voice Up seeks passionate Faith Mentor Interns to guide spiritual growth and community building through our innovative faith-based ministry approach. This 100% remote internship empowers mentors to support individuals on their spiritual journeys while developing pastoral care skills, recovery support expertise, and holistic ministry approaches that meet people where they are in their faith walk.

## Key Responsibilities

- Provide one-on-one spiritual mentorship and purpose-aligned faith guidance

**Option 1 - Standard Tracks:**

- Academic Credit: 15-20 hours/week with seminary or university partnership in ministry/theology

- Volunteer: 10-15 hours/week for calling discernment and pastoral experience building

- Stipend: $20-30/hour for exceptional contributors with demonstrated spiritual leadership

**Option 2 - Investment Fellowship:**

Transform faith mentorship experience into Voice Up equity ownership:

- Weekly investment: $25-150 (flexible payment accommodating seminary/ministry student budgets)

- Performance-based equity conversion (50-100% based on spiritual leadership engagement)

- Evaluation based on mentorship effectiveness, recovery support impact, community building, and embodiment of core principles

- Duration: 4-12 months (flexible to accommodate seminary schedules and ministry preparation)
