Position Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Help Desk – Live Chat Agent to join our support team. This role is essential in delivering timely, helpful, and friendly assistance to students, parents, and staff through our online help desk and live chat system. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for providing excellent service and solving problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time support through live chat, email, and help desk channels to resolve inquiries and technical issues.

Assist students, parents, and staff with questions regarding enrollment, attendance, schedules, online platforms, and general campus operations.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to school platforms, passwords, and communication tools.

Accurately document support interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of school policies, systems, and programs.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Contribute to a positive and helpful support experience that reflects the values of Pro-Vision Academy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1+ year of experience in customer service, help desk, or live chat support (education setting a plus).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong computer skills and familiarity with help desk/chat platforms (e.g., Zendesk, LiveChat, Freshdesk).

Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and resolve issues efficiently.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
