The R&D Team Lead will build and manage a local R&D team to align with STREAMAX's strategic goals, optimize custom AI models for mobility products, lead application development, liaise with HQ, and collaborate with customers on requirements, solution design, and pre-sales support.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a local R&D team to align with STREAMAX's strategic objectives

Develop, train, and optimize custom AI models for STREAMAX mobility products

Act as the main point of contact with the HQ R&D team for new developments

Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide pre-sales support

Skills

Proficiency in programming languages: C, Java, Python

Expertise in AI and computer vision technologies

Strong knowledge of databases

Leadership and team-building abilities
