PostDoc – Monoclonal antibodies engineering

Postdoctoral position at the Butantan Institute's Biopharmaceutical Laboratory to work on monoclonal antibody engineering. The focus will be on the construction of bispecific/multivalent antibodies and other modifications to improve the affinity and effector function of monoclonal antibodies.

Candidates must demonstrate solid prior experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, and antibody structure.

A doctorate in Science, Genetics, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline, earned within the last 7 years, is required.

Desired skills and experience: Experience in molecular biology, the structure of antibodies, and biochemistry techniques.

Capacity to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Fluency in the English language is required.

The fellowship by FAPESP pays BR 12.750,00 monthly plus a technical reserve of 10% annually for expenses related to the project.

Candidates will be evaluated through the documentation and by an interview (videoconference) if needed.
