Your future team:

As part of Accounts Receivable team, you will be operating at the core of our business, where the allocation of incoming payments are accurately posted as per agreed deadlines. Together, we make our business run smoothly and contribute to our company’s development and growth. Within your field, you can work on a variety of assignments with a high level of responsibility.

What you will be doing:

Leading skilled operational and professional employees who apply operational, technical, or vocational expertise gained through work experience or education;

Communicating and executing the company’s goals and objectives by translating them into manageable SMART tasks for the team;

Securing competency level and planning for respective team / area including operational capabilities and functional development plans, at the team level, with DM support if needed;

Ensuring efficient work distribution based on key areas of responsibility; setting priorities as needed, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and targets, performing control checks, and ensure quality;

Focusing on task execution, service delivery quality and escalation, including gathering feedback from the business for respective areas (team, process, department) while leveraging available tools and frameworks;

Driving efficiency and improving of data quality. Initiating and review cost / benefit analysis of activities to enhance process performance, at the team level;

Being responsible for audit file preparation and facilitating internal and external audits;

Ensuring compliance with internal policies, SLAs, Group Standards and SOP and external legislation.

What you bring:

Experience in leading a team;

Master's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields (preferred);

5+ years of experience in accounting and/or transitions, standardizations and improvements of finance processes and/or audit activities;

Good understanding of ERP system and process related applications;

Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 package;

Fluent written and spoken English (C1).
