Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager - Quick Commerce to lead and scale our brand’s presence across leading quick commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket Now. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy, operations, execution, and growth across Q-commerce channels.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

Define and implement growth strategy for quick commerce.

Identify key platforms and negotiate listings, placements, and promotions.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness (product, supply chain, marketing, legal, pricing).

2. Business Development & Partnerships

Build strong relationships with category teams at Q-commerce platforms (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart).

Drive visibility and sales through joint business plans (JBPs) and partner marketing.

3. Operations & Execution

Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, packaging, finance) to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Set up and manage dark store supply or fulfillment processes if needed.

4. Marketing & Visibility

Work closely with performance marketing and platform marketing teams to drive paid campaigns, discounts, and hero SKU visibility.

Analyze promotions ROI, and improve cost-efficiency.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Track sales, inventory, fill rates, margins, and campaign performance.

Provide regular reports to leadership with insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

Education: MBA/PGDM

Experience:

6–10 years total experience with at least 2–4 years in quick commerce (FMCG, D2C, or retail brands).

Experience working with platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket is a preferable

Skills:

Strong business acumen and understanding of digital commerce models.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or other analytics platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Skills and Qualifications

Key KPIs:

Revenue growth from Q-commerce platforms

Cost-per-order and profitability

Order fill rate and inventory availability

Campaign ROI

Time-to-market for new launches

Preferred Industry Background:

FMCG, Consumer Electronics, D2C Brands, Grocery, Personal Care, or Food & Beverages.
