Student - Software Engineer (Frontend developer) (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to design and implement user-friendly web applications using React, Next.js, and Material UI.

Assist in the development and maintenance of front-end components and libraries.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and practices.

Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and provide feedback on design implementation.

Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Your profile:

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree program.

Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Knowledge of the React and Next.js frameworks.

Familiarity with Material UI or other component libraries.

Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or project experience in front-end development.

Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Understanding of the Jira system for project management and issue tracking.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications.

Basic understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
