Virtual Pledge Agent Nonprofit Donor Support (Remote)

As a Virtual Pledge Agent, you’ll professionally assist inbound callers interested in donating to our nonprofit partners, explaining pledge opportunities and accurately recording their information.

Primary Duties:

Take incoming donor calls promptly

Explain fundraising appeals and mission impact

Navigate donors through the pledge process

Enter donor pledges into database

Achieve call and quality metrics within team framework

Needed Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Previous call center experience (virtual or physical)

Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills

Reliable work ethic in solo and team settings

Capable of passing background screening ($17.99)

Required tech: Windows 11 PC, USB headset, wired internet
