Responsibilities:

Answer incoming donor phone calls

Communicate fundraising campaign details

Assist donors in placing pledges

Document call outcomes in CRM

Maintain quality and performance standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

6 months virtual or 1 year onsite call center experience

Excellent verbal communication and listening

Strong accuracy and attention to detail

Background check (fee: $17.99 after qualification)

Familiar with nonprofit operations and fundraising

Equipment: Windows 11 computer, USB headset, wired internet (no Wi-Fi)
