One Identity Angular Portal Migration Developer (K09379)

Context:
We are initiating a migration project from the legacy Web Designer Portal to the modern Angular-based One Identity Portal, while retaining several custom IT Shop configurations currently implemented in One Identity Manager (v9.2).
We are looking for a senior-level developer or consultant with deep experience in One Identity Manager and Angular Portal architecture to lead this critical migration.
Objectives:
Analyse current IT Shop customizations in the legacy Web Designer Portal
Define a migration strategy aligned with One Identity’s guidelines
Port and adapt forms, workflows, and policies to the Angular Portal
Ensure functional equivalence and security compliance
Collaborate with internal teams for validation and support
Deliver documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess existing Web Designer Portal custom code and configurations
Map and reimplement components using Angular Portal architecture and APIs
Develop and customize modules in the Angular IT Shop
Collaborate with IAM architects to align roles, policies, and entitlement models
Conduct acceptance testing and troubleshoot issues
Deliver clear documentation, runbooks, and administrator training
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience with One Identity Manager (v8.x or v9.x)
Demonstrated experience migrating from Web Designer Portal to Angular Portal
Strong technical skills in:
Angular (v8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
RESTful API integration
Solid knowledge of IAM principles, IT Shop customization, and service catalog design
Familiarity with One Identity’s Migration Toolkit and best practices
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code review capabilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience with One Identity Web Designer development
Backend development knowledge in C# / .NET
Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing tools
Prior experience in IGA consulting environments
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in short timeframes
Languages:
English: Professional working proficiency (spoken and written)
Dutch/French: Passive understanding is a plus
