Axiom Staffing Group is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant. If youâ re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, weâ d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls professionally
Follow up on calls and maintain communication with candidates
Contact candidates via phone, email, and text messaging
Assist applicants in the office with paperwork and inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars daily
Conduct reference checks for potential hires
Process new hire documentation efficiently including data entry, scanning, and filing of documents
Assist with various projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Short term position
Monday-Friday 8a-5pm, $18/hr
100% in office
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
Customer service experience is a plus
Prior Human Resources experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple websites and systems simultaneously
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Ability to read/write in Spanish is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
Must be highly motivated and able to jump between tasks with ease
Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to take direction
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
