Roll Off Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Rolloff Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and courteous delivery, pickup, and dumping of rolloff containers at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate rolloff truck safely and in accordance with company policies, DOT regulations, and local traffic laws

Deliver and pick up rolloff containers to/from customer sites

Secure loads according to safety and regulatory standards

Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle

Communicate with dispatch regarding job status, issues, or route changes

Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records using onboard systems

Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and resolving any issues on site

Report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately to supervisor

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned vehicle

Comply with all safety guidelines, including PPE use and safe work practices
