About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Business Administrator to support our team with day-to-day office tasks. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- File and organize documents (digital and paper)
- Prepare and edit letters, reports, and other documents
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous admin or office experience is preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude
