Warehouse/Fulfillment Associate

Job Description

Full-service Creative Marketing Agency and Safety Solutions Provider looking to fill a full-time warehouse/fulfillment position. The role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and standard of workmanship. We will train the right individual. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.

Pick, pack, and ship assorted shipments for kitting projects efficiently.

Process receiving for inbound product and re-stocking inventory.

Practice quality control measures to ensure incoming product and outgoing shipments are free of damaged or defective products.

Cycle counting.

Product audits: weight and dimensions

Manage and organize inventory levels in lot locations.

Data entry and processing.

Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse.

Utilization of Zebra scanning system for receiving and shipping accuracy and inventory management.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Ability to multi-task with adaptability to change.

Able to lift up to 65 lbs.

Majority standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Use of a 7-step rolling safety ladder and pallet jack required.

Positive team attitude.

An enthusiastic, go-getter mentality.

A strong work ethic.

Minimum of 2 years experience required.

Experience using UPS Worldship and/or Shipstation is preferred but not required.

Experience organizing LTL shipments is preferred but not required.

Experience using Google Workspace, Fishbowl, and Syncore is preferred but not required.
