Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in technology sales with a company that offers hands-on training, supportive mentorship, and real growth potential. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations team to identify client needs and offer the right solutions to help them succeed.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with new and existing clients through outbound outreach, in-person meetings, and follow-up communication
Learn and present Opt4 Group’s range of services and solutions to prospective customers
Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits with senior sales staff
Assist with quoting, proposals, CRM data entry, and internal project handoffs
Stay up to date on technology trends in the A/V, IT, and collaboration space
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals

Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to learn and grow in the sales and technology field
Professionalism, reliability, and a desire to provide top-tier service to clients
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
Preferred (but not required):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
0–2 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience
Interest in technology, A/V systems, or workspace design
