Shift: 6:00 AM â 4:30 PM Monday â Friday (Overtime on Fridays)

Pay: $30 â $35 / Hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Milling Machine Operator to join a precision-driven manufacturing team. This position requires expertise in reading blueprints, machine setup, program troubleshooting, and part inspection. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines and a commitment to producing high-quality metal components with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Set up CNC milling machines, input programs, and adjust parameters as needed

• Modify and troubleshoot CNC programs to resolve machining issues and maintain part accuracy

• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications

• Monitor machine operation, tool wear, and part tolerances during production

• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area, and report any maintenance issues promptly

• Follow all company safety guidelines and quality standards

• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance shop environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 yearsâ experience operating CNC milling machines in a metal manufacturing setting

• Strong blueprint reading and technical math skills

• Familiarity with CNC program editing and troubleshooting

• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently

• Basic computer skills for interfacing with machine controls and inspection systems

Working Conditions:

• Shop environment with exposure to machines, tools, and moving parts

• Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Regular use of hand tools, computers, and measurement equipment
