Job Description
Responsibilities:
Managing accounts receivable using accounting software and other programs
Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
Processing payments on accounts
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties including account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling customer accounts
Communicating with customers via phone/email regarding payment status
Requirements:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills preferred
Basic data entry skills
Good listening and communication skills
