We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In this role, you will oversee critical financial operations, drive process improvements, and provide strategic leadership to ensure the organization's financial health. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Implement and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and maintain consistency across financial processes.

• Utilize NetSuite and other financial tools to streamline reporting and support data-driven decision-making.

• Lead initiatives to incorporate AI automation into financial workflows for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering growth and collaboration.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards, leveraging CPA expertise.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and drive financial performance.

• Maintain and organize financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

• Evaluate and improve document control processes, including scanning and compiling financial records.

• Deliver timely and actionable insights to senior leadership based on financial analysis.• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial leadership role.

• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and familiarity with AI-driven automation tools.

• Strong background in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• CPA certification is required.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team effectively.

• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Exceptional organizational skills with expertise in document control and record management.

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
