We're Hiring: Embedded Software Engineers (10+ Openings)

Location: Camden, NJ (1 Federal St)

Start Date: September 8th

Assignment Type: Rolling Contract (Contract-to-Hire)

Pay Rate: $60–$75/hr (Equivalent to $125K–$155K annually)

️ Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance

Onsite: 4 days/week 9/80 Schedule

Are you a seasoned Embedded Software Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology and national security? We’re looking for 10+ engineers to join our growing team in Camden, NJ. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor junior engineers as a subject matter expert in embedded systems.

Design, develop, and debug embedded software using Modern C++, Python, and RTOS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize hardware-software integration.

Drive the full software development lifecycle: from requirements to testing.

Work on advanced systems involving cryptography, AI integration, and real-time performance.

Contribute to secure, high-assurance systems with potential NSA Type 1 certification.

What You Bring:

Active Secret Clearance

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

6+ years of experience with embedded applications on simulated and target hardware.

Proficiency in RTOS (e.g., Green Hills Integrity, VxWorks), Modern C++, and Python.

Experience with UML tools (e.g., IBM Rhapsody, MagicDraw/Cameo).

Strong background in device drivers, BSPs, and Information Assurance.

Familiarity with NSA Type 1 or DO-178 certifications.

Bonus Points For:

Experience or working knowledge of Rust.
