About the role
As a Designer, you’ll help bring our brand to life across a variety of platforms by delivering high-quality, consistent, and engaging visual design. You’ll support marketing and brand initiatives by executing creative assets that help members, clients, and partners better understand the value of our healthcare navigation solutions.
This role requires a detail-oriented visual designer with a strong understanding of brand systems, digital and print best practices, and an ability to translate strategic direction into compelling visuals.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with marketing, brand, and content teams to produce creative assets for campaigns, social media, sales materials, presentations, events, and digital channels.
Maintain visual consistency across deliverables while applying brand guidelines with creativity and flexibility.
Design compelling assets for web, social, sales enablement, email, video storyboards, infographics, trade shows, and print.
Participate in creative reviews and apply feedback to continually refine and elevate your work.
Help ensure design files are well-organized and production-ready for internal and external partners.
Stay aware of current design trends and communication challenges to inform visual work.

What you’ll bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts or other relevant fields or relevant experience
3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or in-house brand team.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, digital and print design, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Experience working within brand systems and adhering to design standards.
Healthcare, wellness, or regulated industry experience is a plus.
Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
