25,000-35,000 JOB LOCATION: VILLAGE MARKET DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service & Sales Support Warmly welcome all walk-in customers and offer assistance based on their preferences and needs.

Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Provide tailored styling advice and outfit suggestions based on customer body types, preferences, and occasions.

Educate customers about new arrivals, promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Product Knowledge & Merchandising Maintain deep knowledge of all in-store products including materials, fits, pricing, and brand story.

Keep displays attractive, clean, and aligned with brand merchandising guidelines.

Monitor fast- and slow-moving products and provide feedback to the store manager.

Sales Performance Actively contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets.

Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase basket size and add-on purchases.

Support marketing campaigns by promoting store offers and encouraging customer participation.

Point of Sale (POS) Operations Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system (cash, mobile payments, card). Ensure correct tagging and pricing of all products.

Handle returns and exchanges in line with company policy, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.

Stock & Inventory Support Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging new stock deliveries.

Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in stock reconciliation.

Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor promptly.

Store Maintenance & Cleanliness Ensure the store floor, fitting rooms, and displays remain neat and presentable throughout the day.

Follow opening and closing checklists to maintain operational readiness.

Customer Feedback & Relationship Management Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Foster strong customer relationships to promote customer loyalty and repeat visits.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field At least 1–2 years of experience working in a fashion outlet or retail store Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Flexible to work weekends and holidays when required HOW TO APPLY If you meet the above qualifications, skills and experience share CV on Interviews will be carried out on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
