Machine Operator

HW Staffingâ s client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Stratford, CT. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in our production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate machines according to job specifications and operating procedures.

Use computer and scanning equipment to track and manage production orders accurately.

Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient operation and identify potential issues.

Proactively troubleshoot and resolve machine errors to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.
