Leading financial operations including reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance

Managing CRA charitable requirements, donor receipting, and regulatory filings

Supervising and mentoring a finance team and aligning team goals with strategy

Overseeing treasury and investment administration, including cash flow and FX hedging

Administering and improving finance systems including Sage Intacct and donor databases

Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure accurate reporting and controls About You as the Finance Manager

You re a CPA or close to completion, with a background in not-for-profit or charitable finance

You re experienced with CRA regulations and charitable receipting standards

You re skilled in system administration and open to leading tech transitions
