Help Wanted: Assembly Technician â 1st Shift

Join a growing team that builds quality products with pride! We're now hiring a Full-Time Assembly Technician for 1st shift.

Assembly Schedule: Mondayâ Friday 6:00 AMâ 2:30 PM (training schedule) After 2 weeks: Mondayâ Thursday 6:00 AMâ 3:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AMâ 3:30 PM, with 5â 8 hours on Saturday as required.

Assembly Pay: $18.50/hour

Assembly Job Duties:

· Assemble large or heavy components and finished units

· Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and instructions

· Use hand and power tools (riveter, torque wrench, air lift, etc.)

· Prep products for shipping (packing, labeling, palletizing)

· Maintain product quality and meet customer specs

Assembly Requirements:

· High School Diploma preferred

· Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred

· Able to lift up to 60 lbs (typical range 1â 5 lbs)

· Standing, bending, and walking throughout the shift

· Overtime required after training
