Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst you will support core financial planning activities through timely and accurate analysis and reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented early-career professional looking to gain exposure to forecasting, budgeting and operational performance analysis in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

What you’ll do

Conduct and assist in documenting financial analysis projects of simple to moderate complexity.

Prepare regular reports to support the annual budget process and ongoing expense, service fee, and staffing forecasts.

Participate in financial research to support decision making across business units.

Analyze operational results to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and improve reporting accuracy.

Ensure financial data integrity through consistent validation and reconciliation practices.

Support ad-hoc financial projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes.

What experience you need

Bachelor degree in Finance, or any related field.

2+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning.

3+ years of experience in excel

Advanced spoken and written English Level (B2 or C1)

1 year of experience with financial planning tools such as Hyperion, or similar platforms

What could set you apart

Basic understanding of financial statements and budgeting principals.

Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools

Exposure to shared services or global support centers preferred
