Our globally recognized R&D center in Brussels, one of the Coca-Cola Company's leading innovation hubs, is home to a state-of-the-art Pilot Plant. Equipped with a range of cutting-edge equipment, our Pilot Plant plays a key role in developing and manufacturing beverages and ingredients that delight millions of consumers worldwide. To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Pilot Plant Production and QA Technologist with a passion for quality and process improvement.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our Pilot Plant team, you'll:
Champion Safety: Promote and uphold an environment of occupational safety, ensuring awareness and adherence to industry-leading safety practices.
Execute Production Activities: Manufacture ingredients, beverages, syrups, and beverage bases in our innovative Pilot Plant.
Maintain Quality: Ensure compliance with GMP standards and high hygiene conditions to meet Coca-Cola's renowned quality standards.
Drive Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
Support Maintenance: Actively participate in the upkeep and maintenance of Pilot Plant equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
Guide Contingency Workers: Train and oversee temporary workers to ensure their safety, productivity, and alignment with established procedures.
Perform QA Procedures: Execute fundamental quality assurance measures to uphold product excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, pilot plant operations, or a related role within the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
