Driver/Mechanic

JOB DETAILS: Responsibilities: Drive Pearl Dairy vehicles and transport authorized passengers to specified destinations in line with company policies.

Deliver packages, goods, mail, and other items to designated people and offices.

Conduct pre-journey checks on vehicle condition (engine oil, water, brakes, tire pressure, etc.) and perform basic repairs (tightening bolts, topping up fluids) as needed.

Report all vehicle damages, accidents, or mechanical issues to the supervisor promptly.

Ensure the security of the vehicle, passengers, and cargo during transit.

Maintain a detailed travel log, recording destinations, travel time, and work hours.

Keep assigned vehicles clean and well-maintained at all times.

Submit monthly vehicle reports in compliance with company policy.

Adhere to traffic rules, speed limits, and designated parking areas.

Troubleshoot mechanical problems and recommend repairs or part replacements.

Assist in diagnosing and repairing motorcycles and light company vehicles when required.

Report major mechanical issues to the Fleet Manager without delay.
